Return Policy

1. Customized Products
Make It Easy Gifts and Letters does not accept returns or refunds for customized products, as they are specially made for you. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product description and specifications before placing your order.

2. Perishable Items
For perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If the address provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we regret that we cannot attempt delivery again as the items cannot be reused. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Make It Easy Gifts and Letters
In rare instances where we need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Notify you at the earliest opportunity.
• Offer an alternative product or delivery date, if possible.
• Provide a full refund if you prefer not to opt for an alternative.

2. Cancellation by Customers
The refund policy for cancellations initiated by customers depends on the product type and the time of cancellation:

• Customized Orders: Once placed, customized orders cannot be canceled unless we are unable to fulfill them. If the production process has already started and the cancellation is unavoidable, up to 50% of the product price may be refunded.
• For other orders, please contact our customer service to check the status of your order and request a cancellation.
