Return Policy
1. Customized Products
Make It Easy Gifts and Letters does not accept returns or refunds for customized products, as they are specially made for you. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product description and specifications before placing your order.
2. Perishable Items
For perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If the address provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we regret that we cannot attempt delivery again as the items cannot be reused. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed to the original purchaser. If the purchase was made using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card or account within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Make It Easy Gifts and Letters
In rare instances where we need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify you at the earliest opportunity.
- Offer an alternative product or delivery date, if possible.
- Provide a full refund if you prefer not to opt for an alternative.
2. Cancellation by Customers
The refund policy for cancellations initiated by customers depends on the product type and the time of cancellation:
- Customized Orders: Once placed, customized orders cannot be canceled unless we are unable to fulfill them. If the production process has already started and the cancellation is unavoidable, up to 50% of the product price may be refunded.
- For other orders, please contact our customer service to check the status of your order and request a cancellation.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for customized products, as they are specially made for you. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description and specifications before placing your order.
In the case of defects or damage:
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement. Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
- Email the unboxing video along with clear images of the defect to orders@makeiteasygifts.in within one day of delivery.
- Include your order number in the email for quicker resolution.
Our team will review your case, and if the claim qualifies for a replacement, we will guide you through the next steps as promptly as possible.
