  1. Perishable Items Delivery:
    For flowers, sweets, or other perishable items, the delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery is not executed due to an incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not being at home, address found locked, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order.

  2. Customized Products or Experiences:
    In the case of customized products or experiences, there may be slight variations from the picture/video shown. We will, however, do our best to keep the final product as close to the photograph/description as possible.

  3. Product Specifications:
    Product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) provided with product photos are approximate. Variations between the pictures and the actual product may occur. Make It Easy Gifts reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

  4. Warranties:
    The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Make It Easy Gifts disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent. We do not guarantee that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that this site/server will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

  5. Liability:
    Under no circumstances shall Make It Easy Gifts be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or damages, including indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the products/services offered on the site. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product/service.

    Make It Easy Gifts reserves the right to make changes to content, products, and experiences described on this site. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including prohibiting sales to re-sellers.

  8. Delivery Delays:
    While we aim to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather, calamities, or other unavoidable reasons beyond our control. Your order will be delivered at the earliest possible time in such cases.

  9. COVID-19 Delivery Terms:

    • Deliveries to containment zones (as updated by State/Central Governments) may be delayed indefinitely. No refunds or order cancellations will be allowed in such cases.
    • Our eGifts/Virtual Gifts range will be delivered on time during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  10. Use of Client Images:
    Images of clients shared by partners/vendors may be used for marketing under the implied understanding of consent. Upon objection, such images will be removed immediately.
